Dr. Elle Carlson - a native of Southern Oregon - earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. She has since worked closely with patients from a variety of physical backgrounds, and has a passion for helping people maintain and continue living the athletic and active lives they desire. Elle has a knack for identifying the true cause of someone's pain or limitation and then working with them to overcome and alleviate it.
"Growing up in Southern Oregon, I've always been a lover of the outdoors. When not at work or home, you can find me on the trails exploring nearby mountains and lakes by foot or by bike, camping in the woods, playing in the snow, and soaking up the sun! With a large background in sports myself, I also enjoy playing volleyball, basketball, and lacing up those running shoes. Of course, I can't do many of these things without bringing our dog, Remmy, along!"
"I believe it's important to 'practice what I preach', and to lead by example through my activities and actions. I love collaborating with my patients to work toward their goals, as I understand how frustrating it can be to feel held back from doing the things they love. Our bodies are pretty marvelous, strong, and resilient; and when cared for properly, they can help us to do nearly anything. I'd love to team up with you on your journey in building a more resilient self!"
